The wiper "motor" is usually located at the bottom of the fluid reservoir. Remove the fluid bottle under the hood and at the lower end of it you will find the motor. Once in a while it is located on the wall of the car under the hood - follow your fluid tubes to find and replace.

Problems with windshield wiper fluid

Hi, there is no danger of blowing a fuse .... the worst that can happen is the pump will run in reverse or (50--50) will work perfectly.
Just hake sure there is washer fluid or water in the reservoir ,,, the don't like being run dry. Good luck

Windshield wiper problems...can hear wine of the motor, yet arms will not move in any position.

remove plastic cowl that covers your wiper motor ( runs fom one side of car to the other under windshield ) and make sure that the linkage is not broken. broken linkage is a common issue on this car. if it is broken let me know, i can get you some instructions on a cheap diy fix insted of spending $120 - $200 on replacement parts.

I have a 2004 Saturn Ion- Transmission shifts great. Coming to a slow down at 15 mph I get a slight kick. Any suggestions?

This is normal down shift, if it is slight. If it is harsh then it could be a software problem or a seal problem. ie.. sticking solenoid piston. You can get some transmission additive that helps with the seals. But again if it is slight and not throwing you threw the windshield I wouldn't worry about it.

I have one wiper that does not work the other stops in the middle of the windshield how can i fix them

The motor could be bad, but it's likely that the ball joint connections under the hood area under the cowl have become disconnected for the one windshield wiper arm.

The connection of the arm that moves should be checked for being at the correct angle for parking.
