Fuses good, lights work when turn signal switch pulled back
You likely have an issue with the light stalk. Possibly a poor connection in there somewhere. Try cleaning connections and switches with switch cleaner and retest.

In my experience, if there's ever been a part that I didn't know the location of... I just went to an auto part store and one of the employees always knew what and where it was. They'll even help replace it if they have time.

This is cuased by the multifuntion switch that is located on the steering column. It is the swith with the headlight dimmers on it.
You just need to remove the steering column bezels and replace the multifunction switch.

Ignition switch will cause you to loose your head lights and turn signals. You will still be able to start the car and hold the switch for your brights but normal function is gone. Check it out it usually only runs about $20-$30 for replacement part but you need a special puller to get to it.

The brake lights are routed through the signal light switch.
Looks like that will be the next switch to replace and the problem.
