When i go over a bump driving at 40 to 50 mph the front end shakes real bad for a while and then stops as i slow down
SOURCE: front end and steering wheel shakes
when slowing to make right turn is it more like a clicking noise, does it do it while turning or just when slowing down. If it is while you are turning it is most likely the right cv axle drive shaft popping. When at a stop with ac on does it shake if you put it in park and how do the rpms read in park or in drive. Did they change the trans mount also dont thank that is it just trying to get a better understanding so I can better assist you.

You need to have your tierod ends(steering arms) checked and or replaced.

something is not right with your brakes or rotors. i would want to recheck them to make sure they are in good order.

Check your wheelbearings for play and your tierod ends for play,I'm sure one of these two are at fault.

Good Morning, I can imagine it is a bumpy ride after you do that. Normally with normal wear and tear the front suspension gets worn and it could be anything from a tie rod end to shocks or springs, and could even be ball joints there ae so many moving pieces up front what I would recommend is taking it in and getting a front end inspection done by a local garage and they can pinpoint which piece or pieces it is. Hope this helps, and if youhave any questions please feel free to ask.
Thanks,
Joey
