My 2000 awd astro van is ideling rough and hesitating missing up hills i have had the plugs changed/changed fuel filter/cap and roter/ran 44k through it x2 i use the best gas any help thanks
Gm has a tecnical service bulleten out it affects all astro s and blazer s remove distrbuter cap and rotor clean out breather holes in base of dist 2 total replace with new cap and rotor 70dollars for both moisture builds up in dist cap causing the problem.
Try cleaning the trotle body at the butterfly, they tend to carbon up and not let proper air mixture at idle, tailtail sign some times is feels like the throtle pedal sticks or pops when depressing it.

Try cleaning the small contacts in the MAF sensor with MAF sensor cleaner do not use carb or brake cleaner. also did they use a Delco cap and rotor? I had problems with my 2000 until I replaced the cheap equipment with Delco. Good luck I hope this helps
