Since your Voyager has the 3.3L V6, that means it has the 41TE, 4 speed auto ******. It requires ATF+4 transmission fluid.

SOURCE: Type of antifreeze for a 2000 plymouth voyager?

check the color, green, blue, orange, red, but watch colors closely and if worse case scenario take a sample into your parts supplier and he can tell for sure which type you need per year of vehicle some have silicon silicates in them some dont, the green/blue arent so critical, but dont mix w/red or orange or you will end up with a radiator full of unset "jello"---sounds funny, but its not, then you'll have serious issues...good luck

It depends upon if it is an automatic transmission or manual transmission.

I have a 2000 plymouth voyager van. Transmission solanoid leaks, however when I measure the fluid it is not low enough to add even a 1/4 pint. I thought may the bolts on the solanoid was loose. Tell me how...

Even if the bolts sre loose the gasket will be damaged. There is alot of fluid pressure there so if bolts are loose the fluid will tear the gasket while leaking. You may need to lower the front side of the transmission or remove the radiator to get to it easily
