First of all you need to understand what is happening: One of your car's computers is seeing a problem in the ABS and/or traction control system. 1. If your ABS goes out, the result is just that you don't have 'ABS'. Your brakes will work the same as any other power brake system. 2. If your Traction Control goes out, you now have just the 'limited slip' differential cars have used since 1910. Unless you use alot of ice and snow covered and gravel roads, there isn't really any need for a 'locking' differential. That's essentially what traction control is. Neither problem present a safety issue.
There is one component that both systems share, and fail often - the wheel sensor. The wheel sensor tells the computer if a particular wheel is "slipping", or losing traction. If this happens while braking, it sets an 'ABS' trouble code. Otherwise it sets a Traction Control light. In normal driving, it will set both if it's a wheel sensor.
This car should be taken to a competent mechanic which will probably: (First) erase the codes with a code scanner and drive the car to see if they come back. There's a slim possibility that these are just 'errant codes'. (Second), if the lights come back on, test the wheel sensors and replace the bad one(s). There is no need to go to the dealer for this repair, as it would probably cost twice as much! Any good technician should also thoroughly check your braking system as a rule of thumb. Good Luck! The traction control gets its information from the ABS system, so a faulty sensor reading will automatically shut down the traction control system.

It is common in this vehicle for the sensor to malfunction!

Brake system warning
Momentarily illuminates when the

releasing the parking brake indicates low brake fluid level and the brake
system should be inspected immediately.
Anti-lock brake system (ABS)

position. If the light remains on,
continues to flash or fails to
illuminate, have the system serviced
immediately. With the ABS light on, the anti-lock brake system is
disabled and normal braking is still effective unless the brake warning
light also remains illuminated with the parking brake released.

HERE is what I recommend take this vehicle to an AUTO-ZONE and they will check this out for FREE and they will be able to tell why ABS/TRAC light is on and we can take it from there. It may be a possible bad abs/wheel speed sensor the whole system works together so if one component is bad the it will trigger the other. You didnot mentioned if dealer did the diagnostic of traction control module.Because the common problem might be that after replacing of any of the hydraulic components in the ABS system or brake system it was scan tool may also needed to cycle the ABS solenoids so air can be bled out of the modulator and brake lines.
If he did it you just need to do it again to read TCS/ABS faul codes using scanning tool. You need to ask the dealer if he can do it. I think if you mention this after replacing the brakes there is a direct connection.
Just for information below there are the components of traction control module and that can be wrong
TRACTION CONTROL SYSTEM COMPONENTS
Traction control shares many of the same components and sensor inputs with the ABS system:
* A common control module is often used with additional software and control circuits for TCS. In some vehicles, a separate TCS control module may be used.
* The same wheel speed sensors are used to monitor wheel speeds.
* The same pump and high pressure accumulator are used to generate and store hydraulic pressure for TCS braking.
* The same modulator (with a couple of extra solenoid valves) is used to control braking.
Other traction control problems that occur are related to the loss of a signal from a wheel speed sensor, a pump that fails to run, or a high pressure accumulator that leaks or can't hold pressure.
Wheel speed sensors can be checked by measuring their resistance with an ohmmeter and comparing the reading to specifications. Sensors are magnetic and may not produce a good signal if the tip is contaminated with metallic debris or the air gap between the sensor tip and tone ring is too large.
If a code indicates the high pressure pump isn't working, the underlying cause may be a faulty pump relay or a bad wiring connection. If the pump fails to run when the relay is bypassed with a fused jumper wire, the pump has failed and needs to be replaced.
A code that indicates the system is not holding pressure usually means the high pressure accumulator is leaking (check the seal between the accumulator and modulator/pump assembly, or that the rubber diaphragm inside has ruptured allowing the accumulator to lose its nitrogen gas charge (replace the accumulator after depressurizng the system).
Problems may also occur with any of the solenoid valves in the TCS/ABS modulator assembly. The problem may be mechanical (failure due to rust or corrosion in the valve) or electrical (failure of the solenoid). On most systems, the valves cannot be replaced separately so the entire modulator must be replaced as a unit.
If a code indicates an internal module fault, the TCS/ABS module can usually be replaced as a separate item. It may be attached to the modulator assembly or located elsewhere in the vehicle.
Communication errors between the TCS/ABS module and PCM or BCM (Body Control Module) may be the result of a wiring fault

Simplest thing to do is check the brake fluid level. A low fluid level will cause a brake light and abs light. If they bled the system when the brakes were done and didn't top off the fluid this could be the problem.

It sounds to me that one of the Fuses has blown or that there is a Computer Trip System Fault,. This means that there is something wrong with the car which has notified the Computer and has told you.

Have you read the Manual about the Braking System?
