They each have there on blower resistor circuit, and GM has been having blower resistor problems for years in all there models. It is located on the frt pass side below the dash in the heater case 2 bolts hold it in just unplug the 4-5 wire connector and use a 5.5mm socket to remove bolts and replace it with a new one if it is burnt out usually shows a black burnt mark on the resistor card.

Hi, check fuse 12 first. If it is good, you will need to replace the blower resistor. The high speed relay is built into the resistor. The resistor is next to the blower motor and looks like the picture below. There is a connector in the resistor and the 2-wire connector coming out of the resistor attaches to the blower. The blower is usually under the dash above the passenger's feet. You may have to remove a kick panel to see the motor and resistor. There is a sensor that the fan is connected to that is plugged into the engine block that senses the temperature. Maybe the wire is broken. Trace all the wires from the fan to wherever they are connected and find the one that is not attached or cracked or shorting. That sensor may also be bad.
