The power outlets on my 2004 quest don't work. I was using an air pump when they quit. Checked the fuses, visually and with a meter and they are good. There are two possible fuses in the passenger compartment fuse box, ACC power and bc power. Is there a fuse linkage or common wire that would make both go out?

Remove door panel and check if mirror is plugged in. Wiggle connection and recheck operation. If still inop, replace mirror.

The stereo should have a fuse of it's oun probably have to remove the stereo system to see the in line fuse and make sure acc outlet isn't shorting any where.there may also be other fuse boxes you can look for.see owners manual, Hope this helps .

It sounds like you have wire problem. This problem can be manny problems from a short due to exposed wire or it is broken somewhere... ect. if it is not the wire check further back the line to see if the buse is recieving power. Or it could be as simple as the plug you put the bulb in has a broken contact tip
Some fuses are in a fuse block on the driver's side of
the vehicle, near the driver's right leg. Loosen the screw
on the cover and remove the cover.
