HAVE A 1999 CADILAC CONCORS CAR WONT TES FOR OBM.INSTALLED A NEW BATTERY AND CAR MUST RESET. i DONT KNOW HOW ?

If you have the NorthStar 4.6L engine this is going to be the easiest water pump you ever done and even if you have not. Auto Zone will be able to help they have a special tool for removing and replacing it. I would suggest replacing the hoses when you do this also. When you get the pump you will also need a O ring for the pump cover, and a new thermostat. get the proper antifreeze also.
Auto Zone should also have some instructions with pic's to help you.. email me if you have any questions.......

Have you unhooked the battery since you put the freon in? If not, do it.

Programming
When
System malfunction: Immobilizer warning lamp remains ON or flashes rapidly. Key added or replaced.
How
Within 10 seconds: Obtain 2 programmed keys (A and B). Insert key A into ignition switch. Turn ignition switch to position II. Switch ignition OFF. Remove key A. Insert key B into ignition switch. Turn ignition switch to position II. Switch ignition OFF. Remove key B. Programming mode now activated. Within 20 seconds: Insert key to be programmed into ignition switch. Turn ignition switch to position II. Switch ignition OFF. Remove key. Repeat above procedure to program remaining keys. Using new programmed key, switch ignition ON and start engine. If engine does not start and immobilizer warning lamp flashes: Repeat programming procedure. Keys can also be programmed using diagnostic equipment.
NOTE: A maximum of 8 keys can be programmed, including a maximum of 4 with remote control. NOTE: If the system is in spare key programming 'disabled' mode, the above procedure will not work. Diagnostic equipment will be required to change to spare key programming 'enabled' mode.
