All four power windows will not run by either the driver main switch or each door switch. I was able to take off the door panels to bypass the two windows that were stuck down using booster cables, jumper wires and the car battery. So that tells me each motor still works but not receiving power. The power window breaker does not appear to be the problem as I have already replaced it with no change.
Check power window lock out switch on the driver master switch if lock out switch on no power windows wont work.
With key on, check for one hot wire at the driver's master switch. On earlier Chryslers, it's a tan wire-dont know about yours, but one wire will have power to the master switch when key is on. If you have that one hot wire, probably a bad ground wire, originating at the master switch, and grounding probably at the left kick panel-behind the trim. Check carefully the bundle of wires at the door opening for the hot wire broken, if no power wire at the switch, or the black ground wire broken if you do have power at the switch but no operation. If you do have power at the switch, and the ground is good, you may have a defective master switch. Not likely, so check the wiring carefully first. Good luck.

Yes there is cable which is snapped out its place ,but you need to replace the cable unit in order make your windows work back...

I HAVE A 98 INTREPID AND I WENT TO A JUNK YARD AND JUST PULLED THE PASSENGER SWITCH OUT OF THE DOOR AND UNHOOK.WIRES....VERY EASY....PUT IN YOUR CAR AND THAT SHOULD WORK...ITS PRYS OUT OR PULL OUT WITH PLYERS....THESE SWITCHES CONNECT LIKE A CIRCUIT AND IF PASSENGER DOOR SWITCH IS BAD IT WILL NOT WORK FROM DRIVERS OR PASSENGER SIDE...98 TO 2000 ARE ALL THE SAME PARTS....HOPE THIS HELPS.....

There are two screws at the bottom of door panel. The panel...pull from bottom first out toward you. work your way up the edges. When door panel is lose lift up and the top will come lose. The window regulator and motor are as one. Check fuse block under hood on driver side.
