I noticed every time I release the accelerator, there is a high pitch squealing noise. And I mean HIGH pitched squeal.
I know i have the same problem, and i also noticed than when i open the Hood the whistle just stops, so i figure out it must be some air cycling in or out osmewhere, I found out my air intake connected to throttle body was misplaced a weird gap was left open allowing air to whistle. u might wanna check there
I had that , and it was the transmission low on oil.
Hope this helps.

Check belt tension, squeeling is most likely due to belt slippage. Have you noticed any fluid leaking from under your Jeep? Coolant level drop could be from bad water pump, when the pump needs replacing, water flows out of a "weep hole". It could be leaking onto your belt also, causing it to squeel

look for a weak tensioner ,or a bad belt, one or the other,or both are your problem.
