My saturn L300 dashboard lights keep flicking on and off. And all of the sensor warning lights come on and off. (airbag light, lock/unlock light/ check engine light/ change oil light) Kind of like there is a short of some sort.  It also triggers the a/c off.  And my day lights also flicker in sync with the dashboard lights.  This also triggered my reverse to not engage.  So now my car wont move. No other problems, the car drives perfect.  Is it a fuse that is triggering these problems?

The 2007 Saturn Vue has 50 NHTSA complaints for the air bags at 63389 miles ... I started my car and the drive side air bag light came on no blinking just on.

If you reset the monitor when you had the oil changed, and that light is for oil change due, the light should have stayed off.
Usually the wrench warning light is a service vehicle warning, not for oil change is due.
Your owners manual should explain each warning light.
You may have to get the body computer checked out by a shop or the dealer.

Did you disconnect the battery recently...did you operate the horn.both questions related to what may originally cause the airbag warning light to stay on.if it was the battery being changed reconnected then you have to reset the airbag light.this is quite simple on Fords.
with the engine off ....ignition key into the lock open the drivers door and keep it open ....locate the button at the bottom of door for courtesy light....hold your finger on it...turn the ignition on so that only the lights on dash come on...do not start car....now press the door button 6 times within ten seconds and on the last count of six hold it in whilst turning off the ignition.then close the drivers door and start.the airbag light usually flashes for several seconds then it should clear.on some model fords the button press count is 5 or 7 so you may need to repeat ....on mine I discovered I had to open the passenger door after the procedure before turning ignition back on.a word about the horn.on older model fords the springs that sit in the horn housing also affect the sensor of the airbag in some models .the springs gets rusty or bunged up and operating it will cause the airbag sensor fault.never attempt to remove the cover of the horn assembly as you may fire off the airbag.just remember to reset the warning light... And get a mechanic to look at the horn if it continues to play up.Please remember if the airbag warning light is flashing it may mean the airbag will be disabled and will not deploy in the event of an accident, this also means the seatbelts may not lock on impact either.please vote if helpful thanks.

Purpose

Check Engine Light

Take your car to Autozone and they will run a code checker to tell you what the problem is and what it will take to fix it.

The light should go out after you replace the sensor that should be in the front of the vehicle.You can check the fuse for the horn. However, some of the airbags that don't come from a dealers, don't deploy, but there is no way of knowing that until you are in an accident.

first problem, went to autozone. the guy that looked at your car was making pizzas last week. they pull codes and sell you every part you will buy. take the car to the saturn dealer and replace the bcm.
