Fuse box diagram for a 97 mercury mystique

check the 5 amp fuse in your fuse box under the hood...if its blown replace it with a 10 amp...just fixed mine because of a cd player was blowing the 5 amp fuse.

SOURCE: The under dash fuse box cover has been removed!I

I suggest check the 2001 Mercury Sable - Owners Manual (page 139 and next)...
