SOURCE: 2004 dodge ram 1500 rear brake light out how to replace?
Open up the tail gate, you will see two torque screws on the inside beside the tail lights. take these out, this will free up the housing and you can change it from there.
SOURCE: no brake fluid flow to right rear brake
neither have I, but no it is not repairable you would just have to replace it.
SOURCE: no brake fluid flow to right rear brake
the stratus is know for clasped rear brake hoses .This stops the flow off brake fluid. try opening the brake lines at the master cylinder that go to the rear.pump up brakes first! if you got fluid than check the brake line if this is rear disc brakes on the line at the rear will be a built in proportioning valve.if drum loosen rubber hose line before the rubber part to see if you have fluid. If you do replace the brake hose! On you 74 challenger by the way i love dodge! any way on the valve there is a small button on the front of the proportioning valve that pops out it needs to be tap in lightly. also hit the brake peddel kind of hard a couple off times if that doesn't work. thanks for your question
p.s that hex bar on the is a junction not a proportioning valve .

You need to make sure where the shoes touch the baking plate is lubes, and that the rear brakes are not adjusted too tight. If you use the parking brake make sure the cables are working freely and not sticking. I would make these checks before thinking of a clog in brake lines. The other thing that can cause this is the master cylinder going bad and sticking holding the brakes on.
Remove the old dirty fluid from the master cylinder reservoir
Use a cheap turkey baster for this
Use a lint free cloth to wipe out the reservoir
Do this only if you can get in there
Pour new brake fluid into the reservoir just until it reaches the Full line, replace the cap on the reservoir.
As you bleed the brakes which you can find out
how to do elsewhere on this site the new fluid pushes the old fluid
out of the system. Continue to bleed the brakes until you see clean
clear fluid exiting the bleeder screw
