The entire instrument panel doesn't work on my 95 honda accord. I bought a used panel and put it in with no results. Seems to be something electrical. I get turn signals to work and the high beam light to work on the instrument cluster but no gauges? Is there a in line fuse or something simple I can look for?

SOURCE: DRL and High Beam do not work right on Honda Accord EX 1998

Some time back I found some data on a similar website suggesting that the Day Light Running circuit board, just under the steering column, developed cracks in some of the soldered joints. Your high beams should also be affected with loss of day light running lights.
Resoldering repaired the continuity of the circuits. Ours is now working quite reliably. Some of the defective areas developed slight brownish discoloration, that's how I was told to recognise the areas to be resoldered. Hope this will help you solve your problem.

SOURCE: Low beam headlights on 95 honda civic dx

There are two filiments in each headlamp; one for low beams, and the other for high beams. It is possible that the both right and left low beam filiments burned out at nearly the same time. Otherwise, there may be a fuse, or headlight relay that is causing the problem. If all these check out good, it may be your headlight switch needs to be replaced.

SOURCE: 1992 Honda Accord (LX) Instrument Cluster Replacement

Same as 2 dr, or a stick.
There are bezel screws that hold the plastic trim (pointing up towards the windshield), you nee to remove these 2 screws. The bottom section is clipped in. Tilt the steering wheel down as far as it will go.
Once you have the bezel off, there are 4 screws holding the cluster to the dash. Remove them and gently pull the cluster forward. Reach around (expect to get scraped knuckles) and unclip the speedo cable, and two large multipin connectors. Don't force anything.
Getting the cluster out after this point is a test of your patience. It only seems to come out one particular way.

SOURCE: instrument panel lights are out

Call your local Honda dealership, they have extended the warranty to 7yrs and 100,000 miles on the radio circuit broad which is the problem.

SOURCE: One high beam works one doesn't, gauge cluster does not light up

most honda have a light module under driver side dash panel and this module is often shortcut or burned by the inside (brown connecter)

Check engine bulb

I believe this are the ones on the instrumental panel, you would have to take the instrumental panel out and identify which one is 'burnt' and replace with a new one. I changed mine, bought the bulbs from a honda dealer. Good Luck

yes, the radio has to come out, as 2 of the trim panel screws are hidden by the radio.

  4. Remove the ashtray and ashtray holder.
  5. Remove the radio/tape player.
  1. Remove the coin box, switches and dash light controller from the instrument panel.
