98 jeepwrangler won't start

Dear sir;
Yesterday my jeep started and ran then this morning it won't.
There is plenty of charge on the battery,but when i turn the key there is nothing.There isn't even a clicking sound like starter selenoid.I did find a starter relayin the fuse box under the hood.Any help on where to start looking for the problem would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time
Al

My 98 Wrangler did the exact same thing. Odd as it sounds, check the battery cables and thoroughly clean any corrosion. I was told by a Jeep mechanic, that the alternator sends out a full charge to the battery and basically the electrical system overloads, and the Jeep won't start.

This is basic, but first off, try to shift it into neutral, and try to start it. It is easy for the linkage to get out of adjustment, where it thinks the jeep is in gear. If that does not work, make sure you have battery power to the ignition and starter.

2002 jeep liberty sport will not start. It won,t even turn over. drove it yesterday no problems. after 1 hour tried to start didn,t work Can you help?

Have you tried to jump started ? If your jeep starts when giving it a jump, you may have a bad battery. Check fuses for fuel and ignition systems. If your battery is bad, could be because the alternator is not charging it. Might want to have this component tested.

I have a 95 honda civic ex,wont start.ran fine yesterday,wont start this morning.battery is fully charged,new cap and rotor.would do u think might b my problem

if it wont turn over 1st check the ground s on the car and the battery 1st. your battery can be fully charged and the car will not start even over night this can happen. then look at the starter. Note: if you have over 109K on the car and the timing belt has never been replaced you will need to have this checked as well.

Check your battery status in the morning. Sounds like you have a drain, or a weak battery which will cause the problem.
