Trouble code P0031 means: Oxygen Sensor Heater Control Circuit Low - Bank 1 Sensor 1 . Error code p0051:replace O2 sensor ($75-150 depending if OEM) before catalytic converter. need O2 socket ($10) to get at and tough to get to if vehicle isn't at least on a ramp.
Have you cleared the codes at least once?
The new o2 sensors should have removed all those codes.The sensor closest to the engine b1s1 may be defective.Check wiring and plug to that one closely.
