I tried turning on my car's radio but it would not turn on. i checked the fuse box to see if there were any blown fuses, but nothing was wrong there. along with the radio the door locks seemed to stop working as well. everything else works properly. the radio gets no power at all. can anyone help me.

sounds like the problem I had last week (20 amp fuel pump fuse under the hood) but try all the fuses.
You ask "Fuel Pump" Heck, I dont know seems to control ALL the relays
SOURCE: just bought a new battery
sounds like a fuse , check the owners manual for fuse diagram. Also , if you have 2 sets of keys , try the other remote. Yours might be dead.
SOURCE: MY TURN SIGNAL QUIT WORKING IS THERE A FLASHER
My service manual states that the '02 T+C has a combination turn signal/hazard flasher/daytime running lights module which is located on the junction block, adjacent to and left of the steering column. To access it, you must remove the steering column lower cover and knee pad panel. There is also a fuse for turn signal/hazard flasher. If none of them work, check the fuse 1st.

SOURCE: power lock cd/radio keyless entry not working
There aren't any fuses or relays for your problem, it must be taken to the dealer or other shop that has the special tool to do it to be reprogrammed. It's not a tool you want to purchase for casual use, it's called a "DRB III" and costs around $8,000. I have the directions to do it if you would still like them let me know.
