I just don't get why that doesn't work right in the first place. ... use a carpet blower and let it blow under the dash for a few days. this should have been the first thing done while doing the other repairs. it might need a ECM,BCM and some relays.
The faster you can them dried out the better the chance of getting it running. hope the ditch didn't have salt water in it, if so chances are grimm of getting it running again without major electrical repair ! carpet blower Google Search these work great for getting stuff dry in a hurry.

sounds like you may have an ignition switch going bad and i think they may even have a recall on them check with dealer before you go to far

Could be the blower motor, the resistor, or the control on the dash.
You'll need to check the circuit for voltage when it fails to work.

I will assume the ac is still getting cold, just not blowing.
You wouldn't really know unless you pulled the panel and checked the lines.
Causes include the blower motor, resistor, fuse, or switch.

Replace the blower motor resistor located in the blower housing under the dash on the passenger side and you will be good to go.

Right next to the blower motor,it controls the speeds only,but it is mounted with two screws,and has about 7 wires plugged into it.It is near the blower,and actually mounts out side,but goes inside to be cooled by the blower motor.
