Take a block off wood and hold it on the rotor..Get a hammer and hit the block..You may have to get a little rough but its just froze on there..Make sure you put the lug nuts on the studs so you dont slip and hit the threads..Smack on both sides of rotor..get aggressive it will come off,,Hope this helps you and have a great night...

SOURCE: I have a 2006 Dodge ram 2500 diesel I can not get
First I thought it was the fuse panel or the power module but with our newer truck the computer told the power module not to send power to my A/C compressor b/c the A/C Clutch was out, (you can't replace just the clutch so I just had to replace the compressor and not the power module b/c the truck's computer told it not to send power this is the same with anything that goes wrong with the truck the computer tells it not to send the correct power to the part that is broken thus it seeming like the part isn't getting power, The power Module (fuse panel) is just doing its job replace whatever went out first or is bad, and the power will naturally be restored or you can go to your dealer and have the Power Module Flashed as they call it which resets it.

If you are looking for the fuse box diagrams or any other diagrams for your Ram, check promanuals.net for a factory service manual for around 20 bucks or so. It's an invaluable tool for my Ram 2500.
