BATTERY IS NOT DEAD BECAUSE AS SOON AS CABLES ARE PUT ON THE CAR ALL LIGHTS, RADIO, AIR ETC.... TURN ON. THE CAR SOUNDS LIKE IT WANTS TO TURN OVER BUT OTHER THAN THE SPARK PLUGS I CANNOT THINK OF ANYTHING ELSE IT COULD BE. 2 OF THE SPARK PLUG WIRES FEEL TIGHTER THAN THE OTHER 2. WHEN I REPLACED THE SPARK PLUGS THE OLD PLUGS (WHICH I NEVER NOTICED) DID NOT EVEN SEEM TO BE THE RIGHT SIZE FOR THE CAR-THEY SEEM THICKER THAN THE NEW PLUGS. THIS IS DRIVING ME NUTS SINCE CHANGING THE HEAD GASKET TOOK ME 3 DAYS AND AS SOON AS I TRY TO START THE CAR IT WON'T TURN OVER
Are you saying the engine will not crank, or not start ?
If you think two of the cylinders are not getting spark, something may have happened to the coil pack or the crank-cam sensors.
If all 4 plug wires are getting spark, two of them may be on the wrong cylinders. The firing order is not always the same as the plug wire layout.

Most likely it was just the loose , dirty cables. It is very crucial for the elec needs of a vehical to have perfect connections . Ign housing has a small magnetic type bar on the housing that the ecu needs to recognise to allow the car to start, and changingh this may cause the theft light to activate. Its called P.A.T.S or , passive anti theft secuity and

Possible Causes
The following are malfunctions that could cause a rich condition:
^ Fuel pressure too high. Perform fuel pressure test.
^ Leaking fuel injector(s). - Perform pressure leak down test.
^ Vacuum leak around the MAP sensor grommet.
^ Oxygen sensor contamination.
^ Restricted exhaust or air intake.
^ Fuel Vapor Canister saturated with fuel.
IMPORTANT: If the front oxygen reading voltage is above 600 mV and the rear HO2S is above 600 mV all the time, the O2 sensors are probably not
at fault.

Did you use the recommended plugs or did you use a new style like E-3 or Bosch +4 or something similar. Sometimes using a plug other than the original type can cause problems. Check and make sure all the wires or plug connections to the plugs are secure. Check to see if a spark plug has a cracked insulator. If you used antiseize on the threads make sure none of it got on the spark plug electrode or it will missfire.
Hope these ideas help.

You could have a leaking water pump gasket. Did you put sealant on it when you replaced it? were ALL surfaces totally clean?
