This vehicle has what is known as a flasher unit, it is a relay assembly under the dash. This is the relay that clicks when your signals are on. it may need to be replaced. Another possible trouble spot could be the wiring in the steering column. Are there any other issues with horn, cruise etc.
Check the flasher first and get back to me.

Chrysler Vision hazard light

on some of these models, the hazard switch operates through its own flasher fuse. if this is the case, locating and replacing the fuse ($4) should do it. Location should be in the owners manual.

Don't have turn signals and its not my fuzes.

Look under the left side of the dashboard for a turn signal flasher. Most vehicles have two flashers; one for the turn signals and one for the hazard lights. If your hazard lights are working, follow the "ticking" sound...this is NOT the flasher that needs replacing. Look for the other flasher and replace it.

My turn signals have stopped working on my 1996 Dodge Ram truck, the hazard flasher is still working, I checked the fuses & they are not blown....what do I do?

check the bulbs and sockets they plug into then i would check any ground wires going to or coming from the turn signals i would also check the turn signal switch for any broken parts the hazard flasher is also the same flasher that runs the turn signals so there pretty cheap.

Turn signals won't work

Your Flasher Relay is Bad. If you have the Manual, Look at the Fuse and relay Locations for this and replace it.
