Where is iat sensor located on 2006 tpyota tacoma 4,ol ?

Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor and Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor are combined into a single assembly which is called Mass Air Flow (MAF) sensor. This MAF sensor is located on the air filter box near air filter hose, and is connected with a five wire connector. You cannot replace the IAT sensor alone. Instead a MAF sensor is replaced altogether.

My outdoor temperature indicator is stuck on 0C° GMC Envoy SLE 2006

The temperature sensor is defective, it is located just in front of the radiator, under the radiator support. Before replacing, make sure the electrical connector is seated properly.
