Fill tire pressure correctly. If needed, disconnect the negative battery cable for a few minutes to reset it.

SOURCE: Monte carlo radio is theftlocked.

you need the unlock code from the manufacturer. I had a radio lock up but the company had me send it to them for them to unlock. i had to prove that i bought it and it was not stolen.

SOURCE: 2001 monte carlo abs traction control lights on

No. What you can do is look for one of the abs sensors that is either disconnected at the wheel hub or use an ohm meter on the connections to test the resistance. If you find one with OL, that is a short and look for a broken wire.

SOURCE: RESET THE LOW TIRE PRESSURE LIGHT AND UNLOCK A RADIO?

Take the radio to your GM dealer and go to the service department. They will be able to figure out the unlock code in less then 5 minutes and, at least when I had them do it, didn't charge me a dime.

Good Luck

I have a 2001 Monte Carlo SS and I was wondering how to get the "low tire pressure" light and the "low washer fluid light" to go off

The low washer fluid light could be the sensor in the tank, and the low tire pressure could be a problem with the ABS system.
Check your owners manual on resetting the tire pressure light.

The low tire pressure warning is on and my tires aren't low. How do I reset them? 2003 monte carlo ss

Turn the ignition on, do not start. Turn the light switch from off to "park lights" three times within five seconds.

If that doesn't work there is a more lengthy reset procedure that involves using the radio. I can get that info to you if needed or you can also find it in your owners manual.

How to reset low pressure light after having new tires installed

Though all of these TPMS applications use a similar technology and strategy to detect a low tire, there is no common reset procedure. GM is probably the worst, with 10 different reset procedures depending on the application. Toyota is probably the best, with only one simple reset procedure for all of their indirect TPMS systems (though a slightly different procedure is used on the Lexus models).

TPMS reset procedures may also be found in the vehicle owner’s manual (if it hasn’t been lost). Open the glove box and check the index in the owner’s manual for any TPMS information.

Good luck and this should work for you. They changed the reset procedure on the 2006 Impala.
