There are 4 fuses you would need to check in the interior fuse panel.
The first one is fuse no.32(10amp) then check no. 33 (15amp) then no. 59 (7.5 amp) and no. 61 (7.5 amp)

CHECK ALL LIGHT BULBS IN THE BACK. PROBABLY HAVE A FEW BAD BULBS THAT ARE BURNT OUT COMPLETELY. CHECK LICENSE PLATE LIGHTS ALSO. CHECK FUSES TOO TO MAKE SURE THE TAIL LIGHT FUSE IS GOOD.

most fuse box covers has underneath them the covers the fuse diagrams in them but also if you have a manual for your car that it should show you there as well. You can go to autozone to buy real cheap the manual that shows all your fuses to the car.

Not sure what you mean when you say an air conditioner problem like if the compressor clutch isn't engaging or the blower motor isn't working, that kind of thing. Anyhow, I am about 99 percent sure they are not in any case. What I did do for you is give you pictures of the fuse layouts as well as the descriptions for each fuse (see below). You mentioned that you didn't have an owners manual. If you would like a copy, email me at [email protected] with your make, model and year and I will be happy to email you a copy. Don't worry, there is no cost for it. I hope this helps and good luck.
