You have to check voltage at the fuel tank pump
Usually is a corroded wire between the fuel pump relay and the pump or the fuel pump relay defect.
You need to check with voltmeter and the feedback at PCM (Powertrain control module).
Hope it helps.

The codes you are giving are not complete... if you used an obdII you should have letters along with code.. check full fault code and go from there..

SOURCE: Car stalls out while running

It sounds like it's not getting enough fuel to the engine if it stalls when you let up off the gas pedal but stays running with your foot on the gas it sounds like you need a new fuel pump and or fuel filter for the car.I can almost garantee thats part of the problem

SOURCE: Car Stalls at low speed. Restarts. DTC Code 0340 and 1167

The codes you provided indicate separate issues. Code 1167 is indicative of either a stuck fuel injector of the O2 sensors. Code 0340 indicates the CMP position sensor. Replacing the O2 sensors will likely clear the 1167 code assuming the fuel injectors are okay. It would be the first course of action. If there's no noticeable change in performance (i.e. stalling problem continues) then the CMP position sensor is likely your overall problem. Best of luck.

Needs to have at least 3o lbs of fuel pressure, may need to rent
a gauge from your local parts house.
Plus make sure all the ground wires are attached (bell housing
bolt is where the ECM ground is,I think)

91 camaro rs 3.1 v6 will not start has code 12 and code 54

Well code 12 means you are in the test mode of the computer, so skip that one.
Code 54 is telling you the fuel pump circuit voltage is low, which could be the pump relay.

91 chevy 4.3 v-6 runs extremely rich when engine is cold gives codes 13, 33 and 54 I know what these codes are but I need to know is could the computer coolant temp sensor or the air cleaner temp sensor...

DTC - 13 Oxygen sensor circuit open or no activity
DTC - 33 MAP sensor circuit error (signal high indicating low vacuum)
DTC - 54 Fuel pump circuit low voltage

Start with checking the wire leads to the O2 sensors and MAP sensor. Look for any damages to the wire harness and replace any parts damaged or faulty.

The O2 and MAP sensor take reading and sends it to the ECM to recalibrate the fuel injector pulse to adjust the amount of fuel entering the cylinders. When there is an issue to the O2 sensor or MAP sensor and even both, the ECM will be set a a factory default to run rich to keep the engine running and at times the engine may not even run. Normal fuel to air ratio is 14.7:1 - 14.7 air to 1 parts fuel and at default it could be as high as 12.5:1. Good luck and keep me posted, be glad to help you get your truck running 100% again soon and please rate. replacing the thermostat and temperature sensor would also be a good thing since the 4.3 runs best at 190".

Engine codes 54 1991sunbird 3.1

I think this code is defined as follows:
Fuel pump circuit fault or Mixture Control (M/C) solenoid fault or Electronic Control Module (ECM) fault/EGR solenoid #2 failure
Check your fuel pump relay as well - this could be the fault in the fuel pump circuit.
Hope this helps, Sherwin

Fuel pump fuse keeps blowing

You have a wire shorted to ground. Pull it back down and check all the wires.
