Sun Visors won't stay forward towards windshield

please be more specific? Do you mean the visors in front of the windshield (inside the car) or so you mean a cover for a sunroof?

should be same fuse for the interior light if the interior lights come on its most likely a burned out bulb

ok.. you either bought the lights over the vanity mirrors in the sun visors... or the lights are not working in the sun visors???? Wow man!... think you could take additional classes in the English language? ... what's this issue with 'extra clock' in between the sun visors are not working'???? Tell you what, since you're convinced you have a problem, Go to www.hmaservice.com and register( Vehicle by VIN). Afterward, you have access to shop manuals, service bulletins, wiring diagrams, etc. about your vehicle.

Directions are in your owners manual. Most are done by holding down the sun visors button until it flashes, then hold your opener next to the visor and push your openers button.

I have the same issue and when I unscrewed the drivers side sun visor I didn't realize it was connected to wires. I unfortunately pulled about 3-4 inches of the wire out unknowingly but I realized that when the radio stopped working so don't do what I did ok? Did you ever find a way to keep the visors in place?

the retension spring is weak, it cant be fix, have to replace it, check the dealer or your near by salvage yard.

the screws that hold them in place are loose

most of the times on the visors if you look at were it mounts on the car you will see a small screw this is a set screw and if you tighten it just a little bit it should hold your visor up for you. but not all vehicles have a set screw as iam talking about. and if the impala dosent you need to get a compleat new visor

Bring it back to the dealer. That happened to mine and they replaced it. Also had problems with the drivers seat. It would not go back & forth. Dealer fixed.

I had the same problem with my 2002 Highlander and had the visor replaced twice. This was the driver's side one with the remote garage door entry. The first time was under warranty. The second time they told me that it was going to be an outrageous $630 plus labor to be replaced as I was past warranty. I decided to go with the basic visor without the remote door entry which was $75 and I replaced it myself. This has been in place for almost two years without a problem. I was mad about it all though and called customer service explaining that it was ridiculous that an item which was absolutely necessary for safe driving (especially in sunny California where I live) should be a problem. They ended up giving me a $600 credit to use for future service at any Toyota dealer. I kept the simple visor and got new brakes instead and other service instead. I felt that they listened to my concern and were fair about the solution even if there should not have been a problem in the first place. Hope this helps.
