The light was on when I bought the car, bought new tires and the light is still on. Is there any way to reset this myself instead of paying a dealership to do it?
SOURCE: tire pressure sensor reset
turn the key to the on position without starting it and beginning with the front left tire let a small amount of air out until the horn honks, front right next, rear left, rear right. You must be relatively quick doing this or the ECU will reset and you need to start over. The procedure is detailed in the owners manual. For some reason the dealer will give you the run around if you call seeking this information.

So my 07 caliber I went to start it today and it wont start but the light come on and the radio but it just wont start ive tried everything any solutions.....

well it depends, if you have just reset the tire pressures, the light should go off by itself, if it doesn't then you have a bad tire pressure sensor. If you have replaced the sensor, it must be programmed into the WCM by the dealership.

Does it have sensors in the aftermarket rims? If not, that is most likely the problem. You may be able to disable it through the dealership, but am not sure.
