First my Jeep beeped because i was low on gas then i had problems starting it and the engine light came on it stayed on all day then i was in line at starbucks to get coffee and something beeped 3 times when i got to the register all this steam started coming out so i turn my jeep off later my husband put water in it so i could take it home. the next day i turned the jeep on and it seemed ok but the check eng was still on i went to my moms lwhen i left to go home the check eng light went out now when the air conditioner is on you only feel air when your moving
Sounds like a fan issue. The engine and A/C are only being cooled when the vehicle is moving and air is flowing across the radiator and condenser. I would start car with hood up and check that fans cycle on as the engine gets warmer and a/c is turned on. Don't let it get too hot, and keep clear of fans and moving parts.
SOURCE: coolant fan not turning and air conditioner blows out hot air.
Re-check the relay to make sure it's still good, then check the fan by hot wiring it to the battery. Also check the temp sensor on the engine. If the check light is on, don't drive it 'till you find out why or you can damage the engine.

How about we start with scanning the engine codes? That will direct you to the specific reason the engine light is on and save you a lot of time and energy chasing your tail with potentially wrong leads elsewhere.. The check engine light only flashes on when a sensor has been detected out of range or malfunctioning. The PCV valve would not constitute as a sensor and would not flag the ECU.

it sounds like coolant was also spraying the engine or something, but you need to have the codes read to know exactly whats going on.
