Having same problem as above. Changed the pump and it still doesnt work. Need to check the voltages to see if its getting any power. To get to the resivoir you need a 13mm deep well socket, 10mm socket, and a 7mm socket.
The storage container on the drivers side is held down with a stud who's nut is in the outer wheel above the tire. Use the 13mm deep well to get the nut off. Inside the compartment there is a 10mm bolt that attaches the container to the body. Firmly pull up the container and below is the washer resivoir. There is a connector to the outboard side by the top lip of the engine compartment where the plastic container was. Unplug that and it kills power to the pump.
The washer is held down by a 13mm bolt on the out board side of the container and a 7mm bolt that secures the filler port to the front of the vehicle. On the front side of the container is a plastic cover. To the front inboard side are 2 tabs. Pull the plastic out of the tabs and slide the container out. Pull and replace the pump and reverse the removal steps. Just a quick tip as well, put electrolitic grease on the electrical conections prior to conecting them again. It will prevent corrosion in the future. Having same problem as above. Changed the pump and it still doesnt work. Need to check the voltages to see if its getting any power. Disconnect the windshield washer tube assembly from the pump and release the windshield washer tube assembly from the washer reservoir.
Disconnect the electrical connector from the windshield washer pump.
Release the wiring harness from the reservoir, and remove the washer reservoir.
the pump which is located on the outlet of the reservoir is either defective, corroded/loose electrical wiring on it or a blown fuse. Check the fuse first seeing it the easiest. Hope this helps
try and fill up the washer bottle with water for test and use it. if you hear the pump work keep using it till you see where fluid is leaking out. my guess is a hose is broken and all the fluid is leaking out
There a small diameter hoses that run the the nozzles for the front and rear windshield. More than likely, one is loose or cracked and is leaking. Do you have good spray on the windshield as you operate it? Is one weaker than the other? - If so, you definitely have a leak in a hose or nozzle.
Another common leak area is around the reservoir edge or near the pump. The pump commonly resides at the bottom of the reservoir.
Hope this helps!

If you have used ANYTHING beside windshield solvent in you reservor, you may have created WAXING from soap in the bottom of washer tank, which clogs pump, lines, and nozzel....take the tank out and wash it..disconnect washer hoses at nozzel and clear with compressed air along with the nozzel...if you use solvent only you may have a worn washer pump or restriction...check those and good luck.....
