SOURCE: I HAVE A 2005 KIA RIO THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME

Take it to another shop and have them do a compression check. If the compression is low, you have found the problem. If the compression is the same as the other cylinders, trade the fuel injector at that cylinder with another cylinder and see if the problem moves. If the problem moves (misfire code in different hole), the injector is bad. If the problem didn't move, and the compression is fine, then you have a vacuum leak on the intake runner to that cylinder, possibly the intake gasket. Print this and give it to your new mechanic.

SOURCE: where is it on 2002 kia rio fuel test port don't

You would have to test the fuel pressure on this vehicle by connecting to the line coming from the fuel filter to the fuel rail, there is no actual fuel test port on this vehicle. if you do decide to test the pressure... here is what your pressure readings should be>> Fuel Line Pressure 46-51 psi (320-350 kPa)
This actually sounds like a Fuel Pressure Regulator issue. I would recommend replacing the regulator and see how the vehicle responds after that..

Hope this helps...

My Kia Rio Cinco has a problem with rain

The moisture baffles me,but the no power tells me its a bad catalyst, fuel pump,or bad fuel filter,You can have all these checked,at an auto parts store, and get recomedations.I dont see how moisture has anything to do with these though...unless there is water getting in the air intake somewhere.

No spark but everything replaced new. still wont run

Doesn't sound like a coil pack fault i'd say either a bad earth or a cam/crankshaft sensor. have them both checked out by an auto electrician. Or you could be sleeping in your garage for months trying to sort the problem.
