The turn signal flasher is in a clip attached to the base of the steering column support inside the car. That would put it just about in front of your knees in the drivers seat, up under the bottom edge of the knee panel. I hope this helps you.

That would depend on your model make and year of vech. Also depending on vech., most vech's. use the same flasher for t signals and flashers. To hazard a guess, you may have a bad t. switch or wiring problem.
There are 2 separate flasher relays. 1 for the turn signals and one for the hazards. I believe you have a bad flasher relay for the turn signals. The location of that is in the front seating area on the drivers side, under the dash on the drivers side of the steering column, mounted on support bracket. I provided a picture of what it should kind of look like although the picture I gave you is an aftermarket one so the color and such may be a little different but will look the same. Don't get it mixed up with the hazard relay which is located in the front seating area on the drivers side under the dash above the kick pane lmounted on top of the convenience. I am almost 100 percent sure the flasher and hazard relay are the same so if you want to just swap them out in order to have turn signals that should work. You won't have hazards however. I hope this helps you and good luck.

REPLACEMENT
The hazard flasher is located forward of the console on all N-Body vehicles. The turn signal flasher is located behind the instrument panel, on the left side of the steering column bracket. Replace the flasher by unplugging the old one and plugging in the new one. Confirm proper flasher operation.
