The fuses are located behind the dash on driver side , u have to remove a little cover turning the screws half turn, the fuse is the F7 10 A or 20 A
check also the relay fuse on engine compartment its the F2 40A .hope it helps

tensioner on one of the small pulleys with size 15 bolt head.. that will release enough slack to get it on... its spring loaded

Not very difficult once you disconnect the battery ,then remove the steering wheel and work from their following your nose for the screws ,i think the fittings that hold it in place and the heater unit are on the engine side of the firewall so you have to remove the wiper motor and the plastic trim below the screen .This is a lovely job to do and i dont envy you on this just done a peugeot 306 heater core still have the scratches all over my hands
