If you replaced the airbags, it might be that the code just needs to be turned off. I had the same thing with mine, sometimes the code is not turned off after replacement.

Code 32 Driver Side Air Bag Circuit High Resistance or Open. Possible open circuit in air bag rotating contact under the steering wheel referred to as the clock spring contact. Do not attempt to replace this with disarming the system or an unwanted airbag deployment may occur. VERY DAMAGEROUS DEVICE, TRUCT ME ON THIS.
2005 Towncar SRS Code 33 (3 flash + 3 flash, repeat this set for twice. then Beep 5 times pause x 5 = 25 beeps every 30min).
This means you have problem with left (Driver) side pretentioner (Seat belt retract system). It doesn't mean physical belt or retract mechanism. It is just bomb wiring which is part of airbag system. When airbag deploy, passenger must stay tight in seat otherwise body lean to front then slam back to seat by airbag. if belt is loose or delay to lock, passenger's body rocks back and forth. So, system use small bomb (Fire power) to lock and retract seat belt when airbag deploy. There is small bomb and igniter in part of Seat belt retractor. Code 33 is warning for this part on 2005 Towncar.(older model is different meaning in Ford/Lincoln, it's possibly passenger side airbag system for earlier model) Before you work for any part of Airbag system and touch any "Yellow connector", * *Disconnect battery (negative side is good enough) and wait at least 5 min to clear all power in system**.(Airbag store back up power for few minutes to be able to deploy even in case if power disconnected) by the way, you should move your driver seat most forwarded position before you disconnect battery to make it easy to work with seat belt. locate driver side seat belt retractor (in center pillar between front and rear door, you may have to fight with weather strip)
Locate Yellow connector on bottom of Seat belt retractor (it's called "Pretensioner")it is located on very bottom of rear side of retractor. only one yellow connector. (make sure your battery is disconnected) Check its physical connection or looseness.if connection looks fine, you may have to replace whole seat belt ($180-$200 in Lincoln dealer) You can check if pretensionor is good or bad by regular tester, but unless you know how, I won't tell (because I don't wan't you to blow out pretentionor).
this may sound crazy but this is what they say (manufactor) when ever airbags are deployed ,the following must be replaced, the deployed bags. the airbag module, crash sensors, clock spring, the belt buckles and seat belts should be inspected and checked.
That means the buckle in you driver side seat belt system has failed. It has an explosive device called a pretensioner in it which is designed to pull you into place microseconds before the airbag deploys. That component has failed and has deactivated the airbag system. You will need to replace the 'buckle pretensioner'. But before you do, please get real familiar with the system you are working on before you cause additional damage, hurt yourself or deploy the bags accidentally.
You have a problem with the pass seat belt or the wiring to it.P/T stands for pretensioner. when the air bag deploys the seat belts tighten.
Be carful with the seat belt it contains an explosive.
the most common cause of the airbag light is a defective rotoating ribbon contact under the steering wheel that connects the airbag to the steering column wiring harness, the contact is called the clock-spring contact.
The airbag light being on indicates that the airbag system has a fault and has been disabled by the control module, the most common cause is the rotating contact under the steering wheel, known to techs as the clock-spring contact. If you under take replacing it be careful to disarm the airbag or serious injury may result from unintentional airbag deployment.
Clock spring mech is prob bad, first easy check is remove airbag 2 8mm bolt from back side of wheel make sure wires are still connected if they are good the clock spring mech is bad you can use a steering wheel puller to remove wheel and clock spring mech just snaps out and has 2 plugs on it, I have 2 if you need one.
Had airbag computer checked out and it is good. Should reset itself once problem is fixed I am told.
