You might want to check for a mouse nest under the Underhood fuse block, seen them chew up wiring under there many times.
I had spent two months chasing down this problem including replacing the ignition switch and transmission TCC solenoid and the transmission clutch PWM solenoid. Your answer was spot on! I found a mouse nest below my underhood power distribution block and 3 of the wires had been chewed through including the pink transmission power wire.
