It is really very simple. The horn lead with the plastic connector and the spring pushes in and turns to lock in the large round hole at the upper left center of the steering wheel. If you look into the hole, you will see the contact down in there with a plastic "tube" with a slot in it for the horn connector to go into.
The ground clip (wire with brass or steel clip on it) simply pushes into the hole in the steering wheel center near the bottom (It grounds to the steering wheel center).

the clicking noise is the horn relay, this means in most cases the horn is defective and should be replaced.

you have to unscrew the bleeder vavle with the car on and wait intil the fluid runs though it and then tighten and it should be fixed
