It sounded like battery is over five years old. The acid solution is too weak. Replace it or keep a new battery around to jump it.

In warm weather the car will start as long as it doesn't sit for multiple days between starts; if it is cold it needs to be jumped every time.
That doesn't make sense. If it's a bad battery then if it's dead it's dead no matter the weather. If you can get the car to a local parts store they can test the charging system for free. I know Advance Auto Will do it.
Sorry my last post wasn't clear. What I meant to say was that AFTER initially jump starting the car, if the outside temperature is warm enough (let's say 70* or higher) I am able to start the car without jumpers. In cold weather though, I need to jump the car every time. I hope I'm a little clearer this time. Thanks for your patience!
