Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.

To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.

What do you think is wrong

intermittents are sometimes hard to diagnose out !! and this seems as one , im curious though what made them wiggle the relays and fuses ?? was there a previous problem there ?? depending on year of manufacture of car , is weather or not the cars own pcu can help diagnose what made car stop , as later models "remember " what there last condition was that shut off engine , of course this requires diagnostic equipment to see this info that typically car owners don't own , but a qualified service tech does and knows how to use it to find your problem

I would want to know if you have at least 12 volts at the battery posts, and also at the starter. You need to know if the cables are causing the problem, or something else.
Once the engine starts, it should be running off the alternator, but it still needs the battery in the circuit.

When starting truck the engine just turns over. Started it yesterday morning it started seem as if it wanted to die down, it kept running. I got it home and started it later started right up. 10 min

Have you checked the fuel pressure when the not start occurs? Buy a can of engine starting fluid, next time this happens spray it into the air intake of the engine, if it starts right up you have an issue with the electric fuel pump rotor sticking due to wear of the bearings it rotates in. You also will need the control module for the ABS scanned the next time the lights are on, there will be a code for the problem, this is essential to figure out where to look for the problems in the system.

Sounds like either you have a clogged fuel line and or clogged fuel filter or the fuel pump is failing. What happens when the vehicle runs the fuel pump heats up, as it heats up it produces less and less fuel for your car. Eventually ti stops working until its cool again on faulty pumps. Given the age of your vehicle I would say you need to replace both pump and filter.

Vehicle was parked and not started for 2 months.

Hi, there will be diodes in the generator that are letting the power from the battery drain away through the parked times when not in use. to prove it charge the battery- then disconnect the negative terminal on the battery, connect 24 hours later and see if the battery as kept it charge, if so - fit new alternator, good luck.

Most likely the battery and possibly the alternator are bad.
