SOURCE: need to put freeon in a 2002 jaguar s-type. where

The lower port is located on the larger of the two lines going in/out of your A/C compressor (the lines are silver tubes and your compressor will have a belt of some sort attached to it).  You can also tell which is the lower port because that line will be cool/cold while the high side port line is smaller and will be warm/hot while the A/C is running on max.

SOURCE: changing oil in jaguar 2002 s type?

jag-you-are would prefer that you take your car to one of their service centers!! probably has an internal filter element that needs special equip. to access and change out.lot of high end cars have that type of filter now. my brothers mercedes mid-1990s doesn't even have a tranny dip-stick! need special tools to check level! hard to be a 'shade-tree' mechanic anymore!
good luck!

audio and communication system. The optional "JaguarVoice" speech recognition system even allows you to change the settings without having to touch any buttons or the LCD screen -- and in any of five languages including English, Spanish, German, French and Italian. The instrumentation is crisp and easy-to-read (though I never did figure out how to reset the odometer), and the trademark maple wood dash and leather everywhere never let you forget you're behind the wheel of a Jaguar. http://www.dashboardprogramming.com/?page_id=3

Engine service required message

If you want to reset the light/message:

Close all the doors, booth, hood etc. hatches,

1. Make sure you have Trip odometer 1 (T1) selected.
2. Turn the ignition key to 'I'-position.
3. Press the trip odometer reset - keep it down.
4. Turn the key to 'II'.
5. Wait till the service light blinks a few times or you hear a 'beep'.
6.Release the trip odometer reset.
7. Turn the key back to '0' - service light is reset.

If this doesn't work, try:
a) 2. before 3. then continue as above
b) 5. Wait until the previous mileage appears again to the trip odometer.
c) 7. before 6.

You can reset the service counter at any time. Do not forget to service your car!
