Ginko,
Thank you much for the respones. I haven't been able to find a "thermic switch". Does this switch go by another name as well? Also, where would the switch be located. Here is the text of the issue and your response.
THANKS!

Blower motor does not work on any setting. Blower motor works fine directly connected to battery or in another Saturn. Blower resistor impedences test good. With blower connector disconnected and blower switch on, 12V is at the blower connector; but connect to the blower and nothing happens; back probe shows 0V. Also, it may or may not be pertinent but disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes and reconnecting, then waiting about 10 minutes resulted in the blower working for a couple of days, then the same failure. Replaced blower relay and verified fuses good. Help is appreciated.

The blower motor is connected to a termic switch, when the motor is fine and fuse is ok, is the switch that must be replaced.
Ensure the fuse is ok first.

If you fixed already and works again disconnecting the battery it can be the switch, or also the blower motor resistor that is located in one of the air ducts.
Locate part here.
Once you locate the resistor, test it for continuity and eventually replace it.

Your car had been designed to work with ABS brakes, if ABS is not working brakes performance can be badly affected, particularly at high speed.
To keep the vehicle safety to standards the ABS should be inspected. At a qualified garage they can connect to ABS system, get an error code in return and diagnose the problem.
Check relays first.

A broken/burned motor winding will do exactly this. If you measure it when cold it will look good. The broken/burned winding will only open from heat expansion.
SOURCE: radiator cooling fan 30 amp. fuse keep blowing
The fan may run with jumper wires but if it''s blowing the 30 Amp Maxifuse it's needs a new or used fan motor. It's pulling too many amps.I have almost never seen a fan relay concern.Only other thing you may check is the wiring down near the fan shoud I have seen the 2 wires get loose from the conduit & melt onto exhaust manifold.Hope tHis Helps

it's by the firewall pass side in the plastic blower box. Multi wire plug and two screws are showing.
