Where is bank 2 sensor 2 on a 2002 Sebring lxi 3.0 two dr coupe ?

This should be the O2 sensor on the passenger side, after the converter. Its job is to report to the ECU on exhaust after passing through the converter, so has no effect on the way the car runs, but just reports on how the converter is doing its job.

WHERE IS THE BANK 1 SENSOR 2 LOCATED?

If you mean O2 sensor, bank 1 is the driver's side on RWD, or front bank on FWD. The #2 sensor is the one behind the catalytic converter, which does little but telling the ECU if the converter is doing its job.

O2 SENSORS LOCATIONS

The O2 sensors are located in the exhaust pipe just off the engine exhaust manifolds and before the Catalytic Converter. A V6 has 2 of them, one for each bank of cylinders, they are referred to as the "Bank 1 and Bank 2 Upstream sensors". There is also a sensor that looks like a O2 sensor it is located behind the Catalytic Converter, its job is to monitor the efficiency of the Catalytic Converter and signal you with a check engine light and a code P0420 if the Cat is not doing its job. Each sensor has its own set of fault codes if problems are sensed in the O2 levels in the exhaust (fuel control problems) and other problems like the heater circuit in the sensor is defective.

I noticed my engine light came on and I had power loss trying to climb a hill. I got home and ran the codes and P0420 came up. So my question is was is P0420 code mean?

Catalyst efficiency below threshold bank one. This could be the 02 sensor behind the catalytic converter on bank one or the catalytic converter is not doing its job. The numbers have to be read to determine which is bad. The takes a hand held computer
