Im hearing a clicking noise when I first take off.. or right when I start up or if I put it into drive. I had my cousin put it on a lift in the air and we put it into drive and everything sounded great smooth and fine but as soon as we put it back on the ground it started again! What could this possibly be. Transfer case isnt moving if its not in gear, not the axels if not moving.. and engine was just completely rebuilt. What could this be??

if the shifter is the same and they have the same front driveshaft then yes

These transfer cases do not have plastic pumps. Do have the transfer case looked at by Jeep tech, it could be as simple as an adjustment on the lever.

yes low speed whine noise from the center of he vehicle is completely normal every one with the same drive train as your does it. as for jestan flushing the oil will not correct any problems that already exist but it is a good idea to prevent problems from happening

Do you have an alarm on this? If you do, that is most likely the problem. There seems to be a problem with the alarms. You may want to have a new key made just in case. Sometimes the keys are magnetically charged and after time, it wears off.

Give a try by change your transmission/filters and Transfer case oil.
