I have no tail lights on my 2007 Chevy Express Van

I have brake lights and blinkers and I have tail lights on my trailer - but not on my van. I have checked all the fuses and they are fine. Where should I look for the problem?

Check your connector, that hooks to your van lights. you may have a loose wire.

Thank you very much for your help. Unfortunately one connection connects all of the rear lights, brakes, blinkers, and tail lights. Brakes and blinkers work, but not the tail lights.

I wanted you to know that the problem was found and solved. Something (we don't know what) was disconnected from wires under the front seat. The wires were left uncovered and connected with other metal, shorting out a major fuse we had not found. All is now fixed and we have tail lights! Thanks for your help.

I have a 2006 chevy express van, I am trying to wire up lights for a trailer. I have brake lights, turn signal lights but no tail lights? All lights and wiring are new.

Check for power at the splice/connector. Also check fuses as it should have different fuses for trailer lighting. Also Try this site http://www.etrailer.com/faq-wiring.aspx. Full of useful info.

How to replace brake light in 2008 chevy express cargo van

You have to remove the upper applique to remove the tail lamp, it is the trim panel above the lamp. I think it is held in place by two nuts/bolts but not sure. You have to have the rear doors open to remove it

Reverse and interior lights out, chevy express van

Fuse block under the hood. Driver's side, under the brake master cylinder. Number 18. TCB#2. Replace the fuse.

There is an under-engineered ground in the reverse circuit. If you back up with the dome lights on, it could blow that fuse. There should be some extra fuses under the cover of the fuse block.

2003 Sienna tail lights don't work when headlights are on

Look under the dashboard, next to/above the park brake pedal, for the interior fuse box. It has a black plastic cover. Remove the TAIL fuse, and see if it is blown. This should get you fixed up. Hope this helps, and Thanks for choosing FixYa.
