Are you sure you have the correct code? Look in the glove-box. There should be a small sticker, usually near the front left of of the compartment. There will be two sets of numbers. The number set with 5 digits is the correct code.
If you or someone else changed the radio, you'll have to contact the radio manufacturer with the radio model and serial numbers for the code.
Typically this a result of bad motor mounts, I had the same issue with my 92 honda accord, changing the side mounts and the strut up front resolved the issue. The Trans mount, behind the motor is the most difficult mount to change and requires you to unbolt the other mounts and roll the motor far enough forward to gain access to that mount, but once all 4 mounts are replaced your issue should be resolved
You have to call a dealer and get the phone # for Honda to unlock. Then need to pull the radi and give them the # that is on top or bottom of the radio and they will give you a master code to enter and unlock.
