2006 Grand Cherokee: The problem I am having is when I start my vehicle. Whenever I start my car, the front windshield wiper wipes one time. I have checked and made sure that the wipers were off. It never fails, everytime I start the car, this happens and the problem started a few months ago. I think my jeep is possessed!

While you were filling the tank you may have disconnected the pump wires. If you can hear the pump activating when you use the switch then the pump may have gotten clogged , check for sediment in the tank.  For the person with the mustang - if its only coming out of one side then its a nozzle clogged or a pinched hose.

either on the passanger side or under the hood behind the battery. open them up and read them. They will say which ones they go to.

What an idot. It is above the fuse box on the pass. side. Which is gotten to by removing the fuse box panel. Two hex heads and a metal clamp washer inside the fuse box door. The steel 20amp fuse lowest to the floor is the one.

Are trying to remove the blade or the arms?

The arms are released by holding the wiper blade fully extended away from the winshield and wiggle the arms off.

The blades are removed by a little tab where the blade hooks to the arm,using a small screwdriver push down on tab,and slide blade off arm but do not let arm slap windshield as it could crack it,I have seen people pull and the blades suddenly come off and the arm slaps down,yor can put a towel or cloth down where the arm sits against the windshield to prevent the possibilty of the arm slapping down.
