I shorted out my whole electrical system in in my 08 Tribeca in the following way...can you tell me what I did and how to fix it? I had the "audio" fuse pulled out and sent a charge back into the positive side of the fuse slot. The whole car is now without power. What did I do and how do I fix it?
I was told it might be the 100 amp main, but I don't know where that is, do you?I was told it might be the 100 amp main, but I don't know where that is, do you?

I think so i just talked to the dealer and they said you need to buy the subaru blades.... it's a total racket. I just bought two new bosch blades from napa and I have now way to put them on the tribeca. so now i have to return them and i'm going to buy a blade refill from subaru b/c the whole blades are 2x as much as the aftermarket replacements. If anybody knows of a way to get aftermarket blades on the tribeca please let me know!
We have an 05 Legacy and I've done this. Tribeca should be the same way: Look through the engine bay behind the light, you can locate the position by following the wires which actually connect to the bulb assembly. The bulb assembly ought to be removable with a 1/4-1/2 turn and pull motion. Be sure to not touch the replacement bulb with your bare hands. Your Subaru service ought to help you with this and not charge you......
Hello SUBY bro, kick me if I'm wrong but imho this should not be that complicated to require a schematic......Below is the reply I posted here on FixYa for another 08 Tribeca owner......Peace

i have heard that some subaru uses oil, due to the high performance, or it may be a leak in the piston gasket, until it blows black keep going, another way you can see if there is a prob with thje pistons, is check is the emisions go to an MOT teasting center they will put it on and will tell you if you have problem, just ask them to test the emishions, then you can take the problem from there good luck
You need a dealer, this is way beyond an amateur repair.
