Directly from the owners manual...
1.- Enter your car wth your ignition key and your theft remote, and press the Lock button on your remote five times in 10 seconds.
2.- Insert your key into the Jeep's ignition cylinder, and then turn the key to the "Run" position. Wait for the car's automatic chiming sound to stop before proceeding.
3.- Press and hold the Unlock button on your remote for around five seconds, and then press and hold the Panic button at the same time.
4.- Hold both buttons together for one second and then release. Wait for the car's chimes to sound again and then press and release the Lock and Unlock buttons on your remote.
5.- Press and release just the Unlock button on the remote next and wait for a chime again to indicate successful programming. You can then remove your ignition key to complete the resetting process.

Jeep Grand Cherokee Diesel CRD 2.7. Where is the alarm fuse on it please?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved to model category.

The security alarm and engine immobilizer are functions of the Body Control Module (BCM) and the ECM. You can't just pull fuses. When the battery goes completely flat, or is disconnected, you just need to reset the Security System which is done via the Remote Fob.

How can iReset key code grand cherokee 2001 4.7 lt car was jumped started and now a key shows on dash but it wont start

All of the suggestions are great. Resetting the computer by disconnecting the battery should work. If it doesn't, you may need the antenna that fits around the ignition key slot replaced. This item sends a signal to the chip in the key and receives its "resonance" to identify the key as being valid. If this antenna is burned out, the computer can't read the key.
If you want to reset the security system (if so equipped) look here:

2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee - Security Key Flashing/ Wont Crank after dead battery

A flashing key symbol normally means an invalid key. Do you have an other key to try? That all the gauges stay at 0 seems to point to a PCI data bus problem. Was the jeep parked outside or at least standing in the rain? Many times water ingress in connector C200 up in the passengers footwell area is the problem. The connector must be removed, cleaned/dried and reconnected. Ofcourse the source of the water ingress must be found, which many times comes from the windshield.
