Do yourself a favor and go buy the whole tensioner assembly. Should be about a hundred bucks at a parts store. Yours is 10 years old and the spring in the tensioner is usually the bad part, not the pulley. Since the pulley has bearings however we replace the whole shootin' match.
Open the hood and look around for the little decal which shows a long wrench moving a pulley. That is a clue on how to let tension off the serpentine belt so you can pull it aside. Do as it suggests, you can put a pipe over a regular wrench for more leverage, check with Mr. Archimedes, or you can zip tie a broom handle to it. A shop will have a special longa** wrench. You know this would also be a great time to replace the serpentine belt unless you are sure it has already been replaced.
Take out the three bolts holding the tensioner in, put the new one in via reverse order, put the belt back on and you are done. If you bust a bolt, call a shop and a tow truck as you are screwed.
