Hello: Check the radiator cooling fan. With engine running and A/C on open hood look down on the back-side of the grill, that's where the cooling fan is. It should be running, if not check the fuses, cooling fan relays/module if they are ok then you may have a cooling fan motor failure. You can use jumper cables to hot wire the fan motor to see if it runs.

My guess is that your electric fan is NOT operating at all. Under normal conditions, just going down the highway, your cooling system will function just fine without a fan running. The air flow through the radiator is adequate to keep things cool. However, when you stop, you quickly get into an "overheat" situation. Actually, you should be able to hear your fan begin operating when your engine temperature starts climbing or your air conditioner requires the fan to do its thing. Note: If you've ever severely overheated your engine, your problems may be worse than just a fan not running, but you really do need to confirm whether your fan is operating correctly, or not. Another note: I had a vehicle with a tendency to overheat when stopped. It turned out to be a faulty (leaking) pressure cap on the cooling system.

Suburban overheating and air conditioner blowing hot

If you have a viscous fan hub have it replaced as it is not working. The problem you have is that the engine is not driving the fan to draw air through the radiator when idling so the engine overheats . When moving the air flow from driving cools the radiator and so the temp goes back down. If you have electric fans have the codes read to find the fault or check why the electric fans are not working.

Why does Ac blow warm air when I stop in Toyota sequoia?

The most likely culprit is the condenser fan not working. While driving, air is forced through the condenser fins cooling the condenser and all is fine, but when stopped and the fan is not blowing and you notice the air get warm.

Sounds like your cooling fans on the radiator are not working. The fans are activated by a thermol switch on the engine or radiator reading the coolant temperature and an A/C switch. When the coolant is too hot the fans should activate cooling the system down. And, when the A/C is on the fans should also activate in order to cool the condensate so the A/C would work.

When you are driving, the movement of the vehicle throught he air is providing enough air flow to keep things cool and functional.

I would check the radiator fan fuse or fuses first. If those are OK I would try to run the fans with 12 volts and a ground that I supply just to see if the fan motor(s) actually run when powered. If the fan don't run when powered then the fans are bad and will need to be replaced. If the fans do run when you power them manually, then something is not allowing the power to activate, like a relay, control unit, or wiring.

It will take a little diagnostics, but it is not too difficult to chase it down.

When i stop the car the air in the car get hot but when i'm moving the air runs good. What could be the problem

Have your a/c condensor fan check out, sit in back of the radiator, fan should always be on when a/c is on to reduce the freon pressure in the condensor or a/c will not get cold till air goes through the condensor while driving down the road, no air blows through at stop light because fan not working so a/c will not work right.

2002 Suzuki xl7 Mysterious Overheating Issue

Most Suzukis A/C systems will cut out when the engine tempurature is too high (to reduce the load on the engine). Also, in this condition, when the A/C compressor cuts out, the A/C thermo fan (electric - in front of the condensor) may come on ( to try and cool the engine). Combined with the fact that your temp gage says the engine is hot, I would be checking your cooling system very closely. It could be as simple as leaves blocking the air flow through the radiator (between the condensor and radiator), or as serious as the internal cores of the radiator being blocked (different sorts of coolant being used can sometimes produce solid matter that can do this).
