My 2000 jeep grand cherokee ltd has a fuse problem (cavity#8 fuse:15amp Lt.blue(overhead console,rear wiper,IP lights,rear flipper glass solenoid)is causing a short.I put new fuse in it made a spark&broke again how can I fix this.NEED HELP ASAP RIGGS.

It is a cylinder type relay. You will find two, one for the hazzard lights and the other for the signals.

Check the flipper glass latch, maybe just sticking, lubricate it

Under the dash just left of the steering wheel.
